InnoDexis — Privacy Policy

At InnoDexis, we are committed to ethical data practices, transparency, and responsible AI use. This policy explains how we collect, curate, and process information and how users may engage with our platform and content.

1. Privacy Policy

1.1 Data Sources & Collection Practices

Public Information Only:
All intelligence, business updates, and research content on InnoDexis originate exclusively from publicly available sources, including corporate websites, official press releases, research journals, verified news outlets, and open databases.

Editorial Review & Manual Curation:
Our editorial team manually verifies and curates every entry to ensure accuracy, contextual relevance, and fair use compliance. We do not collect or distribute confidential, private, or proprietary data.

1.2 Use of AI and Human Collaboration

InnoDexis integrates AI tools and human expertise for scalable, verified analysis.

AI Systems Used:

  • Gemini (Google): Data extraction and entity recognition from public sources
  • GPT (OpenAI): Analytical synthesis and report generation
  • Claude (Anthropic): Summarization and contextual refinement

Workflow:

  1. Data Extraction: Gemini APIs help identify and structure public data.
  2. Editorial Review: Human curators verify accuracy and context.
  3. Report Generation: GPT and Claude produce insights, reports, and summaries.
  4. Human Validation: All AI outputs are manually checked before publication.

Data Sharing with AI APIs:
Only non-personal, publicly available data is processed. We do not send confidential or personally identifiable data to AI APIs. Processing occurs under strict editorial and compliance supervision.

1.3 Generative AI Transparency and Disclaimer

Some analytical insights, data visualizations, and report content are partially generated with AI models (Gemini, GPT, Claude). While all such outputs are reviewed by human editors, AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain factual inaccuracies, outdated information, or interpretive errors. Users are encouraged to cross-verify critical information before relying on it for business, financial, or strategic decisions.

1.4 How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to operate and improve our platform, deliver curated intelligence and reports, process subscriptions and payments, communicate updates, analyze usage patterns, and ensure legal compliance.

1.5 Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers, AI processing partners, to comply with legal obligations, or during legitimate business transfers.

1.6 Data Ethics, Attribution, and Fair Use

All analyses include citations to original publishers. We transform and summarize data, never reproducing full content. Reports are created under fair use and research purpose exemptions.

1.7 Correction & Removal Policy

InnoDexis strives for accuracy and fairness in every publication. If any content is found to be incorrect, outdated, or improperly attributed, we will promptly correct, update, or remove it upon verification. To request a correction or removal, contact editorial@innodexis.ai or legal@innodexis.ai.

1.8 User Rights & Data Control

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may access, correct, or delete your data; opt out of communications; or request data portability (GDPR users). Contact: privacy@innodexis.ai.

1.9 Data Security & Retention

We employ encryption, secure servers, and restricted access. Account data is retained while active + 3 years; usage data is anonymized after 12 months; and source data is retained indefinitely for research integrity. Users will be notified of data breaches in compliance with applicable laws.

1.10 Cookies & Tracking

Cookies are used for site functionality, analytics, and user preferences. Users can control cookie preferences via the consent banner or browser settings.

1.11 International Data Transfers

Data may be processed outside your country under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or user consent where required.

1.12 Children’s Privacy

Our platform is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
